Alijah Ismail Alibhai, was born in Mombasa on March 4, 1932. He passed away on February 17, 2018. He loved ginans and was a Ginan teacher for many many years. Mr. Alibhai was fluent in reading and writing Gujerati and Hindi, and Khojki, and hence, was extremely good at pronouncing the wordings in Ginans correctly. He also was able to understand and explain the meanings of Ginans, which made him really resourceful.Birthplace: Mombasa, Kenya
