I was born and raised in Kutch, India, and my interest in Ginans was sparked by my Mom, my Nanabapa, and by the teachers at my religious education center. Over the years, I got interested in understanding the history and evolution of ginans and how our ginans compare with the other Gujarati bhakti sahitya. I have a passable singing voice, but my strengths lie in my command of the language and pronunciation, so I chose to do narration and voice-overs instead. I have transliterated, translated, and recorded several works and I hope to continue the journey.Birthplace: Bhuj, Kutch India
