I joined the ginan class in the year 1969 and was placed in section 'A' conducted by Rai Jaffer Sadiq. In the year 1976 I got the chance of reciting ginan in Mawla's Huzur and in 1983 I was appointed ginan instructor till 2007. Since the instructors who were appointed then were all juniors, so all the retired instructors were called to conduct the classes to teach ginans, this practice continues to date. On the occasion of Mawalana Hazir Imam's Silver Jubilee, I was selected as lead singer of the albums entitled Silver Songs Volume I and II and won throughout Karachi by Garden Orchestra. Also participated in Ginan Gold Cup by Tariqah and Religious Education Board for Pakistan, and won the completion. I have served Darkhana REC (Religious Education Centre) as Ginan instructor for 45 golden years of life.
