I am Anisha Darediya and I grew up in India. My interest in ginan started at early age of 5 when I started participating in ginan competitions. Winning those competitions really motivated me to participate and learn more. My family, especially my dad always loved my voice and motivated me to sing so I started learning ginans from my brother who became my guru at very young age. I'm fortunate to say that singing not only became my passion but also a channel to connect to spirituality. Shukhar Mawla!! I am very humbled to be a part of the Ilm e Marifat Ginan Album. I earnestly hope that my rendition of 'Ya Allah re …' inspires many more individuals in the same manner that it has inspired me.Birthplace: India
