My inspiration for Ginan recitals was my grandfather, my family has always been into ginan recital and that too has inspired me a lot. I was always a standout person whenever I got an opportunity to recite and my parents have always guided me and sent me to best training available for new ginan recitals. I still recite and hope to recite all my life. I recited my first Ginan at the age of 4 and Qalame Mawla at the age of 10. The appreciation from family and friends has always been a motivation to go ahead, learn more and participate more.Birthplace: Mumbai, India
